2,5 jaar De Grit – De Roze Tanker, Amsterdam
January 18 >> 20:30 - 23:30
Two day festival over two venues
part two of a two day festival
One womanband Giovanna’s Zoo serves home-made music. Her ‘life stories’ on music are a curious mix of pop, rock, art & cabaret. Fragility and strength go hand-in-hand with humor and spontaneity; Giovanna’s Zoo loves surprises and contrasts. Pop-rock with a vaudeville edge.
An abundance of headphone moments on the one track & an absolute fine piece of music
Alternative; indie; alternative pop; alternative rock
Organic indie-rock with a hint of folk, punk and psychedelica.:
Wolfcoat lurks around in the wasteland on the edge of Amsterdam. Just where The Band, Pixies, Wilco, Bright Eyes, and Pink Floyd might have met at one point in time. Wolfcoat is fuelled by the need for creative, natural sounding music, combined with pleasure and spontaneity.
